Padmavati Controversy : 'BJP Supported' only to win the heart of Rajput community after 'Anandpal Encounter'

December 03, 2017 0
Anandpal Encounter:
Anandpal was a Ravana Rajput, a community born from the concubines of Rajputs and regarded as inferior by the Rajputs, especially for matrimony. When Anandpal Singh was gunned down in a controversial police encounter last month in northern Rajasthan’s Churu, he was a dreaded gangster with six murder charges and little social traction. But in a month, the 45-year-old has been transformed into an icon who has galvanised the influential Rajput community.
Rajput bodies across the state have blocked roads, vandalised public property and demonstrated against police to press for an inquiry into what they allege was a staged encounter.
Community bodies such as Shree Rajput Sabha, Rajput Karni Sena and Pratap Foundation have joined the protests.

What is Padmavati? (Source : Wiki)

Padmavati is an Indian epic period drama film directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, based on the epic poem Padmavat (1540) by Malik Muhammad Jayasi.[1][3] The film features Deepika Padukone in the title role as Rani Padmavati, alongside Shahid Kapoor as Maharawal Ratan Singh and Ranveer

with Aditi Rao Hydari and Jim Sarbh in supporting roles. Initially scheduled for 1 December 2017, the film's release has been delayed indefinitely because of the pending approval by Central Board of Film Certification.

Why BJP supported?

Bhartiya Janta Party as seen today is the Party with Most Educated people ever in the history of Indian Constitution. They well know when to take the political advantage which can be seen after Political Shift in Bihar.

Whatever the case may be in Bihar, but BJP has somehow lost its hold over some people after the radical decisions of Demonetization where GST stands in the queue awaiting for the results.

Concerning the lost support among Rajput community after the encounter of gangster Anandpal. This step is however worth taken inorder to control crime in the country. 'Control on the guns and crime' has been done effectively by the Indian Government talking of Jammu & Kashmir and Uttar Pardesh.

But this encounter has seen taken the different turf as Rajput Community,Shree Rajput Sabha, Rajput Karni Sena and Pratap Foundation have joined the protests against the Anandpal Encounter.

As for upcoming By-Elections 2017 in Rajasthan and State elections in 2019, Rajput community hold the large number of voters. This was seen as taking advantage of the 'Padmavati Controversy' to gain the votes of Rajput Community.

Demonetization : 'Radical Step' which would never compensate for the 'Poor People of India'

December 02, 2017 0

There are two main categories of pain demonetization has caused:
(a) the relatively minor one of people having to stand in queues for hours day after day, leading to lakhs of man days and productivity lost;
(b) the near starvation that lakhs of daily wage workers, workers in small industries, labor intensive industries of all kinds from the tea gardens of Assam in the east to the diamond cutting industry of Surat in the west, are having to suffer for no fault of theirs.

The second pain is absolutely inexcusable. No matter what golden age is finally achieved through demonetization, it can never compensate for what poor people are suffering and indeed have already suffered. The damage is already done and nothing that happens in future can make up for it.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is hiding under his table because of the failure of Demonetization. He cannot show his face to the Indian Public because of the catastophe.

In that sense, demonetization is on par with some of the most anti-poor steps ever taken in independent India, such as Sanjay Gandhi’s forced sterilization drive during the Emergency; the slum demolition programs undertaken by different states without providing alternative accommodation to the slum dwellers; the displacement of thousands of people to build big dams from Bhakra Nagal to Rihand in the 1950s and 60s to Narmada in the 1990s, etc. All these were undertaken with the best of intentions and even had some good results, but in fact they were immeasurably cruel. It can easily be argued that without Josef Stalin’s ruthless steps such as the collectivization of Soviet agriculture (in which lakhs died), the USSR and present day Russia would never have become the world power they have. So do we want to follow in those footsteps?
This is the damage even if demonetization succeeds in its objectives. If it does not, if very little black and counterfeit is unearthed, while the GDP drops steeply, job losses rise, etc, there is nothing left to say. There is a cliche often cited by those justifying extreme, ‘radical’ steps like demonetization: ‘You can’t make an omelette without breaking eggs’.

Why Fear Death, When Everyday Kashmir Dies a Little Inside

November 27, 2017 0

Kashmir is a contested state between India and Pakistan. It has seen violent clashes over twenty years.

Pelting Indian Army with stones, started long back in 2010 when the civilians found three dead bodies of the local. When the smoke cleared more than four hundred police and soldiers were injured ;one hundred and eighty Kashmiris were dead, many of them were children, thousands were detained and when they emerged, they were shown with the chilling tale of brutal torture; the practice that go back two decades.

Torture is not a historical issue,it is happening right now in Kashmir Valley. Kashmir being the most beautiful Front Line in the world; has raised the tensions of war between India and Pakistan. The Muslim majority has long campaign for Independence; making India's Kashmir the heaviest militarized region in the world.

There has been a cat and mice game between policemen and young generation of Kashmir. These youngsters are funded by Terrorist Organisation for pelting stones at the armed forces of India. These youngsters are cheered not only by Terrorist Organisation but also by the provoking neighbor of India: Pakistan. The young generation is too afraid of police and they never dare to come outside the house and the old people are not allowing their young ones to move outside the house as they say 'Armed Forces will beat their children, then what will they do?'

Since 1989 no single case bought against Indian Armed Forces and Police has been allowed to proceed. The Indian Army says it has court martialed 59 soldiers in that time but will neither name the men nor explain the charges

Torture is widespread phenomenon here and the issue has to be highlighted. Torture has been used very effectively by the law enforcing agencies. Most of the victims; they accept it, they feel lucky that they are alive, they have not been killed.

The Past Army Movements and Government Actions on the families have made the young generation of Kashmir very anxious and very angry; towards the Indian Constitution, Indian Troopers, the Indian rule.

In Kashmir, there's only one thing on the news; today someone's been killed here, tomorrow someone's has been killed there, the next day someone's goes missing. Lots of people go missing, nobody knows how they have gone missing, or why they have gone missing, Nobody knows, their mum and dad don't know. So the people can't go out, they're helpless, they can't do anything.

Know the impacts of GST on the startups in India

November 22, 2017 0

Impact of GST on startups :

Higher threshold for registeration

As per the current VAT structure, any business with a turnover of more than Rs 5 Lakh has to get VAT registration and pay VAT dependent on the state structure. Under GST , this threshold is 20 lakhs thus exempting many small businesses including startups. It has a composition scheme.

Startups can enjoy tax credit on their purchases

A lot of startups are into service industry i.e. they pay service tax. Under GST regime they can set off the VAT paid on the purchases with the service tax on their sales which they cannot under current regime.

Online simpler procedure under GST

The entire GST process starting from registration to filing returns and payments of GST is online. Startups do not have to run around to tax offices to get various registration under Excise, VAT, Service Tax.

Simpler taxation

Startups often work on tight budget and cannot devote resources to look after the various tax compliances under Excise, VAT, CST, Service Tax etc. GST will subsume all of this thus reducing the time spent for tax compliances.

BJP stalled development of Ajmer for 4 years: Sachin Pilot

November 22, 2017 0
Copyright : Google Search and Vishal Bhatnagar

For four years the BJP deliberately halted Ajmer’s development but now its ministers are making a beeline to the district. People want to ask these ministers where they were missing until now.Forget getting new development projects for Ajmer, even the projects that we initiated were not completed by the BJP despite being in power at the Centre and in the state. People will now give their verdict on the four years under the present. government and the previous five years of development under the Congress.
On asked about contesting elections:

Who will contest from which constituency will be decided by the AICC, Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi but it is now sure that BJP has been derailed in Rajasthan. I have had the honour of representing Ajmer Lok Sabha before. If the party leadership decides, who will refuse the honour (of contesting from Ajmer)?
Development under Congress, he added :

We brought universities and airport, made Ajmer a slum-free city, provided internet connections in every village. Voters will evaluate our works and the present government’s works and give their verdict. People may get swayed once but they cannot forget the development works done and will ultimately compare performances.

There has been halt in the development of Ajmer. If Pilot stands up for the people of Ajmer then there is accurate derailment of BJP from Rajasthan Government as the government has failed ‘The Promised Vision’ and people have not seen the ministers of the state for a while.
Undeveloped Rajasthan would be crucial point for Congress where they can wrest back and jump towards a win in Rajasthan Assembly Elections 2018 where all eyes would be on Sachin Pilot winning Ajmer by-elections after the sudden demise of MP SanwarLal Jat.

Rahul Gandhi’s visit to US : Reflecting a sense of maturity

November 22, 2017 0
Rahul made a good impression on his audience by taking a break from the usual rhetoric of his party when disagreeing with the Centre. Instead, the Congress vice-president accepted some (if not all) of the flaws in the organisation of his own party. Rahul even praised some of the BJP-led central government’s schemes, possibly reflecting a sense of maturity.
Rahul also admitted that Congress was complacent and arrogant going into the polls, when talking about the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. “In around 2012, arrogance crept into the Congress and we stopped having conversations with people that led to the party’s loss in the last polls,” Rahul said.
On dynastic politics, a subject for which he has been ridiculed by BJP leaders, he said, “this is a problem that is present in all political parties in India. Akhilesh Yadav is a dynast. (MK) Stalin is a dynast… Even Abhishek Bachchan is a dynast. Don’t go after me because the entire country is running like that. That’s what happens in India.

Asserting that the original Congress movement was an NRI (non-resident Indian) movement, Gandhi urged the diaspora in the United States to come forward with their ideas for another movement of transforming the country.
“Mahatma Gandhi was an NRI. Jawaharlal Nehru came back from England. Ambedkar, Patel, Maulana Azad, everyone of them went to the outside world, saw the outside world, returned to India and used some of the ideas that they had got and transformed India,” Gandhi said.
“And wherever I went, you made me feel proud to be an Indian,” Gandhi said as he praised the Indian community’s contribution to the country’s progress.
“So, I would like to start by telling you, that you are actually the backbone of our country,” he said.
He said his Congress Party represented a philosophy that is thousands and thousands of years old.

Gauri Lankesh : Put two and two together

November 22, 2017 0
Gauri Lankesh’s murder is silencing opposite thoughts. But, not allowing RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat to speak is honour of democracy.
She was a sympathizer of a lot of shady, controversial movement who created for hermany, many enemies but libtards and sickulars always play up her opposition to Bhartiya Janta Party.

False reporting :

The way of reporting can not be accepted. She use to criticise not only BJP but many others too but why medias are highlighting only BJP for this. Looks like very low graded journalism. I came to know that she was involved in maoist rehabilitation programme. Then there is a possibility in that direction also, why medias are not mentioning that.

Why Blame-Shame game?

Put two and two together and get an idea as to who may have carried out this attack.
  • She was against corrupt politicians, bureaucrats, rowdies
  • She was instrumental in getting Naxalites to surrender. Now, if this surrender had continued for more time there would be no Naxal movement! Why would they not have acted to prevent loss of their cadre?
  • She was also supportive of getting the Lingayat community divided by supporting a movement for getting this branch of Shaivism as a seperate religion.

November 20, 2017 0
